Stahp! You realize that we have no athletic forwards--none, zero. We played this game with 1 forward--Puckett, who has some qualities but is not very athletic. I'm not sure about Strickland--is she playing guard or forward; I've never seen her play.
We basically played this game with a power forward, who had a big game---and a bunch of guards who are not achieving much.
We are seeing the result of terrible recruiting since the day this coaching staff was hired. Truly terrible--unbelievably terrible.
Indiana coach has turned them into a Nationally Ranked team last couple of years....
Better backing and facilities like Tennessee, she could be a star coach...
Go Lady Vols!!A very hard loss to take tonight. Karoline Striplin was on fire. EKU Sunday then a few days off. The lives of the girls on this team is more than basketball. Kellie loves all them, and it teaching them about life after basketball. I know as a basketball fan that is very important to me. As always go Lady Vol's.
Whole heart. Sports fans seem to forget Pat’s primary objective. To build leaders for the next generation. Somehow I feel that CKH is molding her squad to achieve that objective.A very hard loss to take tonight. Karoline Striplin was on fire. EKU Sunday then a few days off. Everyone would like to see this happen...
But if CKH keeps that deer in the headlights look on sideline , stick a fork in her, she is done..
Thank you for no apostrophe!Go Lady Vols!!
This sounds like the old joke about the blind date: but she has a great personality! They are great kids, and KJH is obviously a molder of great kids. But winning games is important also and there are coaches who can do both.Whole heart. Sports fans seem to forget Pat’s primary objective. To build leaders for the next generation. Not all this roster should be mediocre. Jewel is an all ACC player. She and Hollingshed should definitely be better. Not sure about Wells. The rest have probably hit their ceilings. She’s done. Without Jackson, she has no answers because there honestly are no answers. Any hope of a successful season this team had rested in the shoulders of RJ because of how mediocre the rest of the roster is. CKH’s only hope is that RJ is back soon and playing at an elite level. Otherwise, this season will be historically bad.
Well the bad prediction wasn’t far off. Wasn’t terrible shots but no rebounding…Best Case:
We come out the gates strong and don’t let up. Team chemistry clicks and shots fall.
LVs win 90-62
Good Game:
We come out lukewarm. Kellie adjusts. Player play hard all game and ultimately take a decent size win. LVs win 75-61
Mid Game:
No energy and MTSU lights us up out the gate. We battle back but are down at half.
A few step up and TK helps swing momentum into the end. LVs in tossup win 68-64
Bad:
OSU carry over. Terrible shots. Starters not locked in. Hurts more that MTSU can’t miss. We never recover and lose. MTSU wins 78-68
Ugly:
I won’t go here. MTSU wins 88-70
My prediction: Somewhere trending towards good. We win by 12. LVs 76-64
Wells only played 18 mins… whyyyyyyy was third leading scorer tooThank you for no apostrophe!
