Can't believe it took them the whole season full of headaches before they seemingly have it figured out. I think just adjusting the starting lineup and bringing carter off the bench has worked wonders

Also, two of the rebounds just bounced straight to her. It wasn't like she was working for the rebound.

Did I hear that right, the announcers just said that Holly ask players to write down what they felt they could help the team with (their abilities). She put this on index card and gave it to each player!
You tell me you have been through this whole system and you don't know what the player next to you can do or can't do! Absurd!

Pat would do this in the past with inconsistent teams during tourney time. The players know what their teammates can do - the cards are a contract, where individual players promise what they are going to bring. Teammates then know player X promises to rebound like a sob, and they hold her to it.
