They certainly should not be in our class with over 20 turnovers in the first half. Sure sounds like a bottom feeder cupcake to me. Wake Forest was probly their best loss if there is such a thing. The rest are no more than cup cakes, Appalachian State, Eastern Kentucky and Elon, all were double digit losses.

We won by over 30, DD and Te'a are special. I hope we continue to work with Russell she needs to be an aggressive dominating center in the paint. We played much better this game. Need to work on shot selection.

DePaul is playing UCONN a good game, only 8 down.

Bingo.

This is a transition style roster. They are racehorses, not plow horses. Run the dang court. They need to play at a fast tempo, which spotlights Deshields and Cooper. Then Graves and Russell can have their way underneath. But move, move, move. Hope Holly can focus in on it and fine-tune it because that is the only way this roster will hang with the elite teams is by pushing the ball and full court D.

Yes she is! I think she is going to be huge for us! I think Holly needs to allow her to play. She has shown that she is a "Team Player" unlike the rep she received at NC. She has the ability to make everyone better and not only does she lead by example but she isn't afraid to speak her mind. Let her set up the offense and stop telling her (and the other guards) to "force"/play inside out, instead tell them to move the ball and take the open shot. Not to bring other teams into it but UConn's biggest asset (outside of players knowing their role with is another topic) is that they move the ball and when someone is open they take the shot. Several times tonight Middleton, Carter, and Reynolds have had open shots only to not take the shot and try to force it inside. I expect more from out program and would love nothing more than to see Holly "get it right"/succeed but she has to trust her team and coach them up to their abilities and not for them to do things they just can't do.

They need to push the ball and think 4 guard offense is the best for us. Four out one in and push and press.

I hope Diamond can keep this up the whole season. Will need her to play great to have a chance at the Final Four. Maybe having 3 injured on the bench helped also.
