the Lady Vols are so much better this year...hope they don't get in a funk and start playing down to their opponents from boredom...complacency is a killer...:)

The team seems to have lost the focus they showed in the first quarter. Sure hope they can finish the half strong.

The one thing I will say I don’t like is that even with a lead PLEASE have Russell or Nared on the floor at all times. Come on Holly! Decent first half but keepnthe offensive flow by having those players on the court.

They need the rest and the others need the experience. But agree with not leaving the freshman without someone to control.

Really didn't like that second quarter shot selection or effort. Hopefully we end this in the third quarter it should be over now if we'd played even close to the first quarter. We should be working the ball through the post player when we can and not jacking up quick shots. Won't matter today but we need to play like were playing a top ten team every quarter.

We started out really well and then just played like we didn’t care for five minutes. Seems like when they switched to man it confused us. Idk how Annie can get better, but maybe more confidence is needed or something, cause she looks lost sometimes with ill advised passing. But she played so well against Texas in the fourth!

Rebounding is excellent right now keep that up! Turnovers to high... this team has awesome chemistry but are “TOO” unselfish at times. I have seen 2/3 steals coming from a pass that the player was in a better position to take a shot and they are rebounding so well hey go get the o-board. Although at least 3-4 turnovers are from being aggressive (offensive fouls). Russell had a good break but it’s time to let her go to work plain and simple.

How about that crazy fan in the crowd you can clearly hear cheering for Kentucky!?! Cheridene and Rennia got head in the head on ensuing offensive rebounding plays and he was like “ Yea get physical” 😂

I agree they look much better when both are on the floor. That said, Holly may see this as one of the last games for others to gain experience with such a tough road stretch bearing down on them.

I mean, when is she going to be able to get some other combos some floor time if she doesn't do it now?

It's a tough call.

I may or may not be crazy but I'd replace Davis with KD in the starting lineup for a while. She seems out of rhythm.

That’s true ! I guess you know what Nared/Russell bring tonthe floor. I guess it’s a good time to put these other players in positions where they are having to make those decisions... I just hate to see ya take our foot off of an opponents throat but it is a good time to get them some time and experience in what is 5 players first SEC game. Good call lvocd.. good call!

I don't think KD can rebound like Davis. We would miss the 10 rebounds she got in that half.
