i know and Izzy and Russell were missing the close shots,i don't in no way expect em to make em all,but the % should be a lot better

I think from here we try to finish as high as we can in the SEC and try to get to the elite 8 again in the tournament. No way we go further we'll be a three or four seed and will get squashed by the one seed.

i thought it was more due to the Lady Vols getting behind and Simmons trying to carry the team and then she got a little out of control

She better dig deep or two losses are on the horizon with Florida and Texas A&M. This team could easily be 3-4 in the SEC come next Sunday night.

I don't feel like these girls have a leader on the court or off. They get in trouble and nobody knows what to do. Sad and embarrassed are the only two words I can think of right now.

We haven't had that player in several years. I am hoping Nared will be that type player and I'm hoping that Middleton will give us the IQ we need to understand what defenses are doing at any particular time.

it is according to if they get there heads out of there butts and start to play as a team,so it is hard to say

We don't have to keep comparing Holly to Pat, just look at the elite women's coaches...Dude at Conn, wins by 40 points every night, and he gets into his girl's grill all thru the game..If u let them play stupid when they are up 30, they will be more foolish down 2..I don't miss Pat just because she was a great coach, but because she demanded excellence..Watch Conn, Baylor and even Ky, and notice that their coaches demand excellence, and I don't see that in our program right now...Our girls should feel humiliated by the way they played..I remember Pat taking the names off the back of their jerseys, and tonight was the worst half of basketball I can remember any LV team ever playing

I believe the girls are trying to play good defense but when you don't practice against a good passing team in practice it's hard to simulate all the cuts and screens a team like ND runs. It's just like a pro-style football team trying to simulate the spread when that's not what they're used to running.

Give TN a great offensive minded coach and not only will the offense excel but the defense will also get better by going against it everyday in practice. TN is a pretty easy guard

I'm afraid the Lady Vols program is on the verge of dropping out of the elite category if changes aren't made in the next year or two.

The first half of this game showed that the gap between UCONN and the field is wider than the Grand Canyon.

The second half showed that UT is a team of emotional midgets with no heart, no leadership, and no coaching.

I did from the beginning and got blasted. I never wanted her hired. Life long assistant that was always here. Why didn't any other good program want her? Who knows, but we sure did. The death of a dynasty.

is it a lack of team confidence ? or what,from the way the first half went,we know they are a very talented team,it seems when there is some adversity they might collapse
