You would think that a coaching staff--and Warlick as been a part of this staff for forever, head coach for four years--would notice a pattern of bad offense, bad passing, bad assist-to-turnover ratio, inefficient offense, bad shooting--all of which started more than a DECADE ago and institute some serious measures to fix these problems, which have been destroying the program (and which I've been complaining about for YEARS). And yet our utterly stupid coaches have done nothing to fix them--Warlick hardly even recognizes them. She starts out every season talking about the importance of defense--and that after 10 or 15 games, when we are stinking up the gym with our high school offensive play, she says something like: "well, we haven't really been concentrating as much as we should on offense. The girls just gotta get in the gym and start shooting more." It's that sort of brilliance that has this program in a death spiral.
