Mercedes is doing some boxing out. However, she does not get up/down the court quickly. Are her feet still a problem? Cannot keep taking poor shots without someone to rebound. When the Vols are running, Mercedes does not get to the circle before there is a shot. Watch.

Well she is scoring, I hope this motivates her since she seems to get hype everytime we score! Maybe it is finally starting to sink in that we need her to produce offensively

We can get a good shot in the paint everytime down against Stanford if we use a little patience and resist the desire to go one on one.
I have no problem with Reynolds shooting 20 of those 8 footers it is a good shot and she probably should make half.

Mercedes was the tallest player out there. All she has to do is move through the paint catch and shoot for easy shots. Let them Cardinal girls hang on her and put her to the line. Angle shots? All she has to do is catch and shoot, use the backboard.

So simple. So easy. But no.

Jordan's playing well, but it plays right into Stanford's game plan if she starts calling her number. They want her to take those shots, and at some point it will catch up to them.

Tied game. They came to life in their typical second half renaissance. Hopefully, they learn from the Texas game not to let down again.

Nice block by Diamond. Stanford starting to get cold, which is helping.

Our defense has been very aggressive, even in a zone, much like the better parts of the Texas game. Let's see if they can keep it up.

Playing the way we should guarding the 3 point line and trying to get in the paint for shots this is winning basketball.

See what happens when we are allowed to run, we are a running team! This is Lady Vols basketball! Let them run Holly please! Russell shouldn't be the #1 scoring option because we have advantages at other spots imo! Let her be the sleeper threat!
