I'm not hearing anyone from the sidelines calling out to Cedes to keep her hands up and don't bring the ball down.

Diamond should be posting up to score just like Rebecca Lobo suggested. She's taller than her defender.

Even if Tenn wins this game it is going to be a very long season. They are showing glimpse of good bball but other than that it's is just horrible.

Well we got a few points lead could be 12 bad luck with shots rolling all over the rim and not going in. Were playing defense today one more quarter play tough Ladies.

When we are allowed to run we are such a better team! Russell will get hers but we can't hold back everybody else trying to get the ball to her! We look so much better being able to get out and go and this should be the emphasis moving forward!

Super, super impressed with the focus on defense even when shots weren't falling. 16-9 over Stanford that quarter.

Biggest concern going into the fourth quarter might be running out of gas, but nice that we were able to pull ahead a bit there, unlike against Texas.

What are you doing, Russell? If you get the ball in the low block with one defender near you (or on you), make your move and shoot. She stands there holding the ball, and then a second Stanford player comes down to double team her. ERRRR!

Why are we playing man defense again?

Thats where I disagree with you coach! She has that fire in her eye that she wants to take over and pull the upset but for some reason Russell wont go up strong/make a move or Jordan isn't seeing her....She is still giving it her all defensively but right now she wants to be the one to silence Stanford (thats the competitor in her) and we should give her that chance.

Holly really needs to work with the post players about passing out of a triple team. You can't get up a decent shot when three players are on you.
