When you have the tradition we have in women's basketball, no, falling to a lower second-tier level is not acceptable. How do you think Kansas, UNC or Kentucky fans--or their ADs--would react to seeing their men's team fall to lower second tier level? You bet it is about winning.

Why did they get away from what worked the last 2 games? No reason we couldn't pound it inside and work inside out. CHW's inability to win E8 games is concerning and there is a pattern there as we seem to get blown out. 8 years without a final four. Wow.

Probably for the best anyway - rather not be on the other end of a UCONN beat down in the NC game.

But but but she's made the Elite 8 in 3 of her 4 seasons and the Sweet 16 the other.

It's not exactly an achievement for a program of our stature to go to the Sweet 16==in most years it means beating two overmatched teams at home. Let's not pretend Warlick has achieved ANYTHING. She hasn't.
