When you have the tradition we have in women's basketball, no, falling to a lower second-tier level is not acceptable. How do you think Kansas, UNC or Kentucky fans--or their ADs--would react to seeing their men's team fall to lower second tier level? You bet it is about winning.

Holly is the coach next year she has to demand that these players get better and she has to go out and find some help shooting the three. I don't see next season being a good one unless we can get better perimeter shooting and a post with some energy and especially length.

That's the point Holly recruited her, Pat wouldn't have which is more of the reason Holly needs to go

It's not exactly an achievement for a program of our stature to go to the Sweet 16==in most years it means beating two overmatched teams at home. Let's not pretend Warlick has achieved ANYTHING. She hasn't. Warlick will tell us how proud she is of our /amazing/ run in the tourney. She now sounds like Fulmer did in his last several years--accepting a lower standard of success.

Our Lady Vols played hard but not smart. Kudos to Syracuse on a great performance. They need to send OSU a thank you note for battering the Lady Vols on Friday night. That was a big part of why our Ladies were beaten,along with our guards absolutely getting schooled by Syracuse. Our defense was very poor and Syracuse was hotter than a two dollar pistol. Congratulations to the Lady Vols for getting farther than most people expected.

The LVs get rattled and derail because no one really takes charge. The coaches aren't effective motivators... and the players have no senior leadership. Bashaara isn't a vocal leader and motivator and neither is Nia Moore. Izzy and Burdick held the team together last year.

Let's see who we sign in April couple of weeks players can sign with a team. If we strike out again then maybe we can all agree this staff can't recruit. We already know they can't evaluate players probably use a service which put them on to most of the players we have on the roster.

Demanding that the players get better? How about the coaching staff get better. The players, especially at this level, are a reflection of their coaching.

Most of you had Holley fired and no tournament for the lady Vols. We are playing for a final 4 spot with a team that's lucky to be there. How about trying to support them !

Supporting a team doesn't mean sitting back and being quiet about the flaws in that team. I don't want to be a blind fan that closes their eyes and ears to what's wrong with a team, I want to be able to criticize what I think is wrong. I might be wrong some of the time, but at least I've voiced them instead of sitting back singing "la la la la" when I see something bad!
