IDK. Maybe. I do know that if I were a coach I'd have a hard time starting, or even playing, someone who's scowling and rolling her eyes at her teammates on the floor.

Dropping in to say that I know there has been a lot of talk about this team and coach, and I don't pretend to know much about it. I just started really keeping up with the Lady Vols this year when the tournament started. But what I saw tonight though was something to be proud of. I know I'm proud of everyone involved tonight

How do you know MeMe has been one of the best practice players? It's a bad precedent to talk about a player being over the coach.

Holly still learning how to coach. She has left bad free throw shooters in the game late. Failed to get ball handlers in the game late against the press, misused timeouts, and made players play out of their comfort zone by making them force post passes and slow down the ball.
Both these games were not forcing the post and were playing up tempo for the most part. More so with Reynolds than with Carter.

Were a better team than A&M had them by ten with less than two minutes to go at their place and a lot of very bad errors by our coach and players plus bad calls by the Refs pushed it to overtime where we lost.

It looked like Jordan suffered a thigh strain or a hamstring injury. She came out the locker room the start of the half and was getting an ice bag around her thigh.

I am going to state the obvious : defense and free throw shooting won this game.It did not hurt that Diamond and the Beast had great games.This was a grind it out until Diamond took over down the stretch.Diamond was fantastic offensively ,defensively ,passing the ball,making assists ,rebounding .....did I leave anything out ? Why she even smiled at end of the game after a great defensive play causing A&M's last turnover.

The press really bothered A&M the 1st 3 Quarters and Holly took it off in the 4th....thought that was a mistake but it turned out ok.

Great day for Lady Vols basketball and softball.....softball team won a double header and run ruled the opposition.

It was a great win, and I'm excited for the team and for HCHW. To all those that are happy for the win, here's a GO VOLS for you! And for all those who are unhappy even after a surviv-and-advance win, here's a FOR THE HATERZZZ for you! :)

Go Lady Vols! Let's win another tomorrow!

Dap where dap is due. The Lady Vols are now 19-12; it's been a pretty rough road but they've kicked the door down for the tournament and now they're fighting for pride and to claim a better seed. I hope they keep right on winning.
