I wonder what instructions they were given OR what the players are thinking to make them all stand around on offense doing seemingly nothing so often? There are simple flex offenses they could run. The few picks we set involve our players coming TO the person with the ball, when most should be picks away from the ball. I play pickup games every week and at the very least I just run around to try to tire out my opponent which is better than just standing still. Yet, many times a game multiple if not ALL players are just standing.
The offense seems fundamentally bad and perhaps needlessly complicated.
She looks like a young coach and no matter how many years she was on Pat staff, she's not Pat. She needs to go to a coaching camp, cos what Pat lacked in x's and o's, she made up for it cos she could connect with players and motivate em and get them to play hard for her.
Holly strengths, what are they?
Reynolds is not a scoring threat whatsoever, Neither is Carter or Burdick. Moore has disappeared the last two games. If she was defending or rebounding, she'd be playing. Middleton needs to play more
Why are we starting Jones at the 3? Why isn't she backing up Graves at the 4? Why is Burdick seeing more minutes than Nia, Middleton, Dunbar, & Nared? Why is Holly trying to play Massengale at the PG spot when Reynolds & Carter are better there (pass first) Why does Holly allow 8-10 point runs before calling Timeouts? She is clearly in over her head and wasting/holding talent back, Diamond will truly Challenge her next season (call her out) because Diamond wants to win & came here with that understanding
