17-19 after 1Q. Could have been worse. But could have been better. Gotta keep coming at them and go on some runs - and finish shots. Nice to at least be in it.

We’ve had good first halves before though. Gonna take a full forty.

Kim has got to be able to pull Cooper back when it’s obvious she’s going into this “gonna shoot at any cost” mode.

Overall though, down two and they look extremely beatable.

Because say what you will about Geno, he is the absolute master of spacing, movement, and passing on offense. Always has been. An overplaying defense is a golden invitation to him.

We were fortunate they didn't shoot well at all in the first qtr. If they heat up, we may be in trouble.

System created many scoring opportunities that quarter make shots period. Cooper bad last 3 times she created. Settle down work their D and your numbers will eventually pay dividends . Make 2nd period ours. In CHRIST Alone

Coop is so valuable defensively. Seems kind of silly to spend all that energy and effort prressing and not have Coop's magical hands at the head of it.

Cooper has got to be mentally stronger. Terrible, forcing improbable shots and not taking the last shot at the end of Q1 with a push off. Luckily, Shade missed those last 2 open 3's. Just breathe Coop!!

How many times have 3 or more players been substituted for in the first quarter ?
Can they even work up a sweat in 90 seconds ?

Same could be said for Vols. Missed many open shots

3 pointers are great if they work. But they
Hurt if they don't. Rather see 2 baskets in
The paint versus 1 3 pointer.
