The press just isn’t very good against top talent

If we can stay close may be the difference in 4th Q. They play 7 girls + one plays between 10 to 15 minutes

It can’t be this way after this year. The defensive numbers must improve as the talent improves or we’ll be coach searching again in a couple of years. You can’t make a deep March run in the women’s game with a barely top 40 defense (according to Bart Torvik).
