I did the same thing at a greyhound track in Tampa,,,the dog was taller, heavier and had a name you couldn't ignore,,,"studgarth"...Bet on him to win, place, or show,,,He came in fourth
Coach, it looks like our old friend has some high hops.....I know she doesn't play a lot for Vandy...Her career reminds me of my experience at a race track in California...I thought this good lookin horse in the paddock couldn't be beat that day.....Had the look of a winner....He had long odds too, so I bet like a chump and lost over a grand...The horse finished almost dead last, but still was beautiful to me.

I think Justine's college career has been derailed by her sharp shooter rep in high school. She became a tall wing player. You can compare her level of athleticism to Spearman (who is about the same size) to see what her discrepancies for being effective in that role.
But you put 20 pounds of muscle on her, have her develop some post moves and play her as a center or power forward who can step out for a 3 and you might have had a player to note
They were debating whether or not it would be okay for her to use the public's women's bathroom on the concourse.Good points Mad.....Not sure if it is by design, but the girl almost never moves around...She is usually in a corner waiting for a kick out pass.....Basketball is a game of motion, and in Coach Kim's basketball, it is extreme motion of the ball and especially the player.
In any event, she is a nice young lady and I know you guys wish her well, but not when she plays the Lady Vols....
Often closed crossed arms and pursed lips means disagreement...Whatever Coach Kellie was saying to her, Justine did not agree with...(A thousand words)
Apparently JP's problem at both programs was more mental than physical. Just not prepared for the level of committment and hard work necessary to thrive at this level. Plus an over-meddling, enabling Dad who hasn't helped either situation. This from insiders at both programs.I think Justine's college career has been derailed by her sharp shooter rep in high school. Justine had personal things going on (death in the family) and her leaving had nothing to do with BBThat picture does cry out for a captioning contest.
Just FYI, it's my understanding that during her freshman year, Justine was dealing with some family losses/difficulties (illnesses, etc) that we all inevitably face. Those with personal acquaintance with the Pissott family, who are reportedly very tight-knit, can either confirm or correct the information, which I believe was included in a Vandy player profile.
Hey, we all know here that SC is the attendance champion of WCBB. They have amazing fans who pack their arena regularly. Is the Tenn/SC game a sellout?
I didn’t realize, but appreciate the update from both you and Volfan18, I should have known TBA is 25,000 capacity. CLA is only 18k, My bad, still hoping for a huge crowd and a bigger TV viewership, the game deserves it. No negative waves intended, it’s all positive for me for such a huge game. Best to all.Hey, we all know here that SC is the attendance champion of WCBB. They have amazing fans who pack their arena regularly.
The Lady Vols are likely still a few years, if EVER, away from even dreaming about selling out the cavernous arena they play in.
It's nice that you want a sellout for the game, but you can stop asking about it. We're not there yet and I suspect you actually know that.
