TBA is like 21,600 now. It used to be 25,000 but UT took out a chunk of seats to build new luxury suites during a renovation of the arena about 15 years ago.

Also we haven’t been selling tickets for the whole arena in WBB for years. Most of the time we have considered a full lower bowl a “sell out” since Pat left. (In Pat’s time we would often sell out the whole arena for big games.)

Best game I ever went to at TBA was when the men and women played Vandy the same day. All 4 teams were ranked, both games sold out.
I wanted to watch Coach Summitt in person.
We watched the men’s game from the Women’s HOF with about 25 other Vol fans, then went over that evening and watched the Lady Vols put a whooping on the Commodettes.
Twas a memorable occasion

Hey, we all know here that SC is the attendance champion of WCBB. They have amazing fans who pack their arena regularly.

The Lady Vols are likely still a few years, if EVER, away from even dreaming about selling out the cavernous arena they play in.

It's nice that you want a sellout for the game, but you can stop asking about it. We're not there yet and I suspect you actually know that.

I went to I think the first game that the LV's played there against Texas Dec 7, 1987 when Clarissa Davis for Tx was kicking butt and taking names! great game though Tn lost.

I'm so happy for Zee that whatever was going on that had made her questionable to play today is now okay. Depending on what it was, the staff may still opt to play her only if absolutely necessary.

I'd love it if it turns out we don't need her at all to beat the "Not Going Anywheres" with their anchors down and all.

Lady Vols 88-76 victory today. Will be a good competitive game. Different this year because we have always had advantage by having post that Vandy couldn't defend. Our game now is different but the fact Vandy doesn't have that size either should help our inside game so our bigs need to play big. In CHRIST Alone

No, I hope they keep that gym forever. Imagining having to be in that craptastic gym every day may be what keeps an occasional outstanding recruit from signing to play there, so I'm good with it.
