We've got to have someone that can make a shot beside Diamond and Russell. It is painful to watch the others on this team try to score. Cooper can score but today both shots were air balls.

That is our offense in a nutshell.

This is when we will try to generate offense by pressing or turning up the defense because that is all we how how to do to score.

I can remember Reynolds and others being better offensive players when they first got to Tennessee you wonder what happened to them. Reynold's can't even hit the rim. If I'm coaching Va. Tech I try to double team Diamond and make these other players shoot. If they had shot thirty percent we'd have a 10 point lead.

Reynolds was never a good offensive player. She had a few good games in the sec Tournament her freshman year, but quietly disappeared in the NCAA tournament.

She was never a player, and I doubt she'll ever be one.

There is no doubt the Lady Vols are loaded with talent. What we seem to be lacking is developmental coaching. I dunno, it seems they arrive on campus playing at the best level they will ever be. We don't have a player on the court that has improved from the returning players from last year. THAT is truly a coaching failure.
