Agree. Maybe back to a high mid major.
If she sticks around next year, she could still have an impact if she gets fully healthy! I sometimes forget she had 13 points and 5 assists against Notre Dame and 11 points and 3 assists against Ohio State last year before her injury. She's shown she can be successful at this level.

Tennessee 128 NC Central 48

Hard to see how we don't score 30 points per quarter taking like close to 25 shots per quarter. I'll go with 128 thinking it could get in the 130's if were shooting a high percentage.

I would fire the athletic director for creating a schedule where their team loses by 70 plus points -five games and 30 against non-power schools.

this game should not be played - they should be playing Maryville.

and the opposite this game will not benefit the Lady Vols, hopefully no one gets injuried.

Tennessee has money, and North Carolina Central does not. We give them much-needed money, they get to keep the doors open on their women's basketball program.

It's a great match for them, and a good opportunity for us to try out new things and combos, and for everyone to get playing time in a non-tense game.

They are really collecting this year taking some beatdowns but the money is flowing.

I think fans and participants live in different worlds 99% of the time.

My tiny college once played Tennessee in baseball. Some team dropped out, UTAD needed to fill a slot at the last minute, and somehow our team got the call, being an hour away. The coach was literally pulling players out of classrooms, telling them to go grab their stuff and hop on the bus--"We've got a game!" Guys changed into their uniforms on the bus heading to Knoxville.

When the team returned from their intense shellacking to eat a cold meal in the cafeteria... you'd have thought they'd been to Disneyworld!

It was the trip of a lifetime for them, to get to play against an SEC school and see the amenities that come with sports at Tennessee (and this is back in the '70s, so nothing like how incredible things are now). NO ONE complained about the score--the experience for them was 100% wonderful and something to write home about!
