Powell is talented but not a disciplined player at all. This team is what it is, has some individual talent but overall soft and terrible at fundamentals and nowhere near consistent enough. We got to get bigger stronger and get players that are fundamentally sound. Without a true big time inside player we will never beat South Carolina. We will get pushed around and wore out everytime. They let that big girl push them around without any retaliation. Harper has had enough time to upgrade her lineup, I hate it for her but Tennessee needs a coach that see true talent and physicality. We are marshmallow inside, Keys is all finesse. Tennessee did give a good effort tonight, but that is what it requires every night against all good teams. To be at the top where we used to live our defiences are staring us in the face. We need more talented shooters and fundamentally sound players and bigger stronger tougher players. It is apparent to me either Holly can’t get them players or she wants to be a finesse team. Frankly we have no identity. We got bullied once again.

She’s just not a true point guard, when u have a player like Spear struggling as a Pg u try to get her easy shots instead of forcing shots up for yourself.
