Probably the best 7 minutes we've played all year. The difference is going to come with the subs. SC's depth is remarkable and we're going to take a huge dropoff when we sub. Poor Key is playing her heart out and can barely get down the floor after that stretch.

That mass subsitution killed the momentum. That was a huge drop off in ability once Tennessee subbed out, but SC brought in 4 new players that actually played better than the starters.

Not a smart shot by Rickea there. We could've held for the last shot and even if we didn't score, would've had a lead after 1Q - a good confidence boost going into the rest of the game.

But I understand her impulse - she's not going to get many looks tonight as open as that one.

Puckett is playing great so far. Tennessee very active hands on defense without fouling.

I was impressed with our rebounding and defense to start the game. That was the most I've been impressed since TN's making the Sweet 16 last year. Good job LV's.

While yes the subs were killer, we knew that was going to happen. Limiting the sub time to 2 mins was still a win for us even if we are down 1

We seem to match up better than them with the first unit better than I thought. But their bench beats the living hell out of ours. That will be where the game gets away.
