If u guys got any ideas on recipes add em. Many cool recipes on here, just gotta scroll through. Those brats sound good lol.

Found one last year I'm doing for today's game...Brats.
In the morning, chop an onion, layer that in your crockpot or slow cooker depending how many you are cooking, add your Brats, chop a second onion and spread over the brats, pour one 12oz can of Guiness or your favorite stout all around, add 4 or 5 pats of butter, turn on low.
When your ready, fire up the grill and sear the brats to get a nice char.
I serve them with the onions and a nice brown mustard.

If you like this try Guy's beer brats, I make these all the time. Do a chicken bouillon cube instead of stock to save time.
