Yank the battery out of it and put in a fuel cell and you’d have the ultimate car if the future!!

Actually fuel cell EVs have a battery also it’s just way smaller but you don’t have to plug them in. THAT is the vehicle of the future and should scale as easily as any ICE vehicle I think.
I'm all for it. Love this vehicle and plan on keeping long term. Would be great if able to covert to better technology.

I’m guessing I come across as anti EV. Far from it. I’m highly anti plug in only EV. It’s an absolutely horrible power source that isn’t sustainable and puts an untenable burden on the national power grid while making us dependent on geopolitical foes to execute it and is frankly horrible for the environment.

But an electric final drive vehicle is a better performance design over an ICE vehicle and is over 3x more energy efficient. The current Ford hybrid electric truck is a great stopgap solution but longer term we need to get as invested in hydrogen generation and distribution as we are about lithium mining and batteries. I posted a link where there are prototype electrolysis machines that generate hydrogen and oxygen from sea water, THE most abundant raw material on the planet.

I hadn’t thought of that but great point. Now there will be no access for the house committee to the investigation and its findings.

Does the appointment of an SP prevent the House from holding hearings and interviewing witnesses?

The one thing I feel is coming in regards to EVs are standard plugs for the chargers. I feel it's kind of going that way already and will get there, but you don't have gas stations only for Ford because the pump nozzle only fits their tank.

I have this feeling most manufacturers will go the Tesla route before it's all over.

I believe Tesla has already largely been adopted as the defacto standard. But there will always be limits on residential power available to feed a level 2 charger which will forever hamstring a scalable battery pack. We already know the solid state Lithium batteries will accept a much higher charge rate than the current Lithium ions. There just isn’t any way to take advantage of that rate with a residential charger.

No but the DOJ can use the excuse of an "active investigation" to not share evidence and maybe (IDK for sure) block witnesses from testifying.

I’d expect him to be on a very short leash and this to be largely for show honestly.
Yep. No reason to think anyone has any integrity anymore. Social media and tribal sentiments have divided the weak minded, which makes up about 50% of the fringes from both sides

I'm very skeptical of this. There is almost certainly an ulterior motive here. These are the same people that tried giving Hunter a sweetheart plea deal. Something else is going on.
Find out what is out there. Use "special investigation" as a barrier to transparency. Burn and bury it all.

That's it. It ain't hard.

i think the house should say this does not meet the standard of SC and just ignore it and continue on. Start a impeachment inquiry
Refuse to hand over any docs just like the DOJ
