As much as I would like to see Patterson at the very least get an interview, his name isn't really being mentioned. We'll see how it plays out now that all the Gruden BS is done.

I think much of that is because his regular season isn't over just yet.

Same thing with Strong. Didn't hear squat until they finished their last game.

Alot of people say he is very happy at TCU and they take very good care of him. Watching the game today they showed some of the recent renovations there, WOW! Over 164 million dollars spent. Their suites in the club level of the stadium looked great. Seemed like alot of money spent on a 45,000 capacity stadium. I'd love to have him coaching our Vols.

Patterson doesn't really recruit outside of the state of Texas.

And that is a problem why? Get someone on staff that knows TN but if you can get more Texans your team will be better..
