Kessling gets a bad rap in my opinion.

Poor guy had to replace one of the all-time greats.

I'd trade our schtick-heavy, cartoonish hack of a play-by-play announcer for Kessling tomorrow.

Mick Hubert sucks.

It's a complete shock to the system right now that UF is undefeated and in the drivers seat for the SEC east title. And worse, if they happen to upset LSU Saturday night, suddenly everyone will be forced to consider them national title contenders.

i don't care about the signoffs and what not. the guy can not get anything right. This is an actual quote from him when my dad and I were listening to him during the Dooley years. "1st and 10, Bray drops back, fires a missile deep down field towards the sideline. (receiver) catches, tackled immediately for a loss. 3rd and 8." If you were to just listen to his broadcast you would never know what is going on in the game. and its not like a one time thing. its all over the place and I am just waiting for the NCAA to investigate us for having a 200 man roster after Kesling invents a whole new team of names game in game out.

So what you're saying is Kessling has trouble with math, and there's a slight drop off from some of Ward's all-time calls like "Willie Gault is running towards the state capitol".

Completely understand.

math, names, teams, directions, coaches. Imagine Verne drunk and you are probably pretty close.

like i said I know no-one was going to be John Ward and I don't hold "cheggarboards" against Kesling. its just the getting stuff wrong that I hate. and its our own team.

*even my sister complains about how bad his calls are.
