Right now he’s not a first round pick...nowhere near a Zach Martin, Quentin Nelson, hell even a Trey Smith! 2nd or 3rd round for a non-special interior OL is the normal projection if he even reaches that level. Alex Bars was a much more productive OG and he went undrafted. I don’t see him returning to Knoxville to play, but that’s mostly due to personal choice and him being a 4 year guy imo.
Richt did most years. Kirby’s classes average around third he’s finished 3rd, 5th, and 5th at the end of each regular season. So he’s finishing about 1 spot off of his recruiting average. There are teams that finish in the 10-20 spot of the recruiting rankings and finish the season unranked, so I’m not sure how Smart’s doing less than those teams. That's honestly true...Not sour grapes, it's just an indisputable fact...Georgia does less with more more than anybody outside maybe Austin, Texas...They always have.
As of today, I believe Georgia will be 9-3 or 8-4 next season. Florida and UT are hungry and Florida is the most likely candidate to win the East next year IMO.Hope for the future? You are being delusional. 11-2 with another top recruiting class rolling. We are looking at 8 win season, at best, and a class that maybe top ten.
You're taking an upset and running with it like it's the start of the downfall of Georgia. It was an outlier. Nothing more, nothing less. Georgia will be a thorn in our side for at least 3 more yearsI have been influenced by others here about Kirby not being a good coach and this is the reason I currently believe Georgia will regress from the last two years. South Carolina was the first indicator. JMO now.
By WHOM? You can always find the odd mock draft any given season by yoo hoos pulling it out of their butt. Who legitimately is putting out a mock for next year?
Thanks. This guy doesn’t appear to be a hack, but Cade’s name sticks out like a big reach. Specially projecting the overall 10th pick on his ability to play OT is guesswork at this point. There are proven OL playing at their projected positions CURRENTLY who would be wiser to start making preparations for an early jump to the NFL.

We aren’t beating Georgia anytime soon
You guys had never won the SEC despite until Spurrier got there, you had never won 10 games until Spurrier got there. You were a bad program. We weren't a historically "bad" program, but I get your point...Spurrier built things everywhere he went, he didn't walk into really good situations and maintain or slightly elevate.
If you get caught cheating and are ineligible it doesn't count. You call yourself 1993 SEC champions and you are, however by your logic it is actually Auburn, who went 11-0 and beat UF and Bama head to head but were ineligible for cheating. We won the SEC in back to back years 84' and 85'.
Also, there's a difference between "bad" and "underachieving".
