The group that is incredibly frustrating to me meets every criticism with "who you gonna git?" When I do performance evaluations of employees and point out their performance weaknesses it rarely occurs to me that my only option is to fire them. The point is to get them to improve. A big salary does not make you immune to criticism and it does rightly entail expectations of consistent improvement.
