I didn’t see a thread so I’ll post it here. Iowa vs S Dakota St was 3-3 at the half. Iowa won 7-3 on 2 second half safeties. The teams had 288 total yards COMBINED!!! I’ve never even heard of that. Crazy stuff.

UGA looks very good.

That defense will get better and they're offense is already up to speed

They are still good enough to run the table and get back to the playoff regardless if they win or lose in the SEC title game. Look at their schedule and tell me who is beating them expect for Alabama. That’s the only team in the country that can beat them. Kirby has Georgia where Bama is they just reload every season.

The longer-term question for them is if winning a title was kind of a one-off thing and they go back to being a 9 or 10-win team, or will they be able to do something more like what Alabama and Clemson have done, namely winning 11/12 games a year and being a threat to win the title every year? They certainly recruit well enough to do that, and their run last year does not have the "lightning in a bottle" feel that LSU's did.

This doesn't look like a Mark Richt team. They're good and wouldn't be surprised to see them repeat. I hate to say that more than you can imagine.

I think they might drop one somewhere just from having an off week but they’ll be double digit favorites in all 12.

I guess we'll see. I'm just not going to be a Tennessee fan on a Tennessee board, and spend my time drooling over Georgia like so many do. You guys do you though.
