One title in 41 years is not a dynasty. We got enough of their fans on here begging for attention, without our fans acting like they'll never lose again. Free speech and all though.
You noticed that too? They come on here and expect everyone to say wonderful things to them and get pi$$y when they don’t 😂

Kirby got zero players in the portal this past offseason he relies on his stud recruits coming in and learning the system especially on defense and a one for all and all for one approach to team unity.
I don't mean the portal helping guys like that, I mean the schools that have been lagging behind can catch up a bit to some of the heavyweights. I know Kirby didn't take from the portal because he tells us every week. UGA won't sustain the success of the last couple if years. They will be good, but they won't keep this up. You can bookmark that. Nobody will be able to have runs like that for prolonged periods anymore.

It will be interesting to see how things go when divisions end. Take this year, our west opponents are bama and lsu. Georgie draws auburn and msst? Come on. Georgia went for years unable to get past UT but then they caught us in the 2000s and we screwed up with bad coaching hires. Florida had their number until they screwed up with bad coaching hires after Urban left in 2010. So the lack of competition in conference has aided uga in being competitive, along with having competent coaching and making good hires. I really thought UT would catch them this year and would be curious to see what might have happened had Ainge not given their fans bulletin board material.

Coaching is so important. Talk all you want about recruiting But to see schools like Miami, Texas, USC until this year, schools that can throw a paper airplane from campus and hit a 5 star player, yet these teams have struggled because they couldn't land the right coach. Hopefully UT has solved that problem and can compete for titles consistently in the coming years.

Did you think South Carolina was going to beat us by multiple touchdowns?
No but Georgia is on another level than us they beat South Carolina 48-7 at their place and beat us 27-13, they beat Michigan 34-11 last season I expect a similar result this year. Michigan cannot handle that SEC speed on the edge that Georgia has they will suffocate Michigan’s offense.

Kirby is a great coach I hate to admit that but he is and he has the Jimmies and the Joe’s. We could get two 5 stars and finish 6th in recruiting and that’s great but he will get six or seven five stars and finish one or two in recruiting just reload reload and stockpile. It’s really tough to compete with that and beat that right now I thought this year they might regress some and we might upset them but unfortunately it didn’t happen.

We have a problem. A dynasty is starting in Athens it’s just a formality at this point that Georgia is going 15-0 and repeating nobody except maybe Bama really has any chance to beat them. This coming in a year when people thought they might slide back a little bit with all the guys they lost to the NFL so now they just reload they are looking alot like Saban’s early teams at Bama physical and imposing. Since Kirby has got there he has lost to SEC East teams just five times and three of those losses were in his first season that’s amazing to me how quickly he took control of the East and only missing the SEC title game twice since 2016. My question is who in the East will take him down ? What’s going to bring Kirby and Georgia down and stop a potential dynasty? Nobody can touch them in recruiting so how do we beat them on the field? I’m sick of them but it certainly don’t look like they are going anywhere with the way they are recruiting and stockpiling talent. We all want to win the East and get to the SEC title game but is that even realistic as long as Kirby is in Athens?
The battle until they get rid of the Divisions in the SEC will be for #2 in the SEC East.

Unfortunately your right, Georgia will be overwhelming favorites to win the East in 2023 and 2024 then whenever OU and Texas join I’m
guessing divisions go away not sure what they will do with the realignment of the conference then.

It will be like it was in the SEC prior to 1992 in my opinion.

I live in Northeast Georgia, not too far from Athens, and their obsession with Tennessee is hilarious 🤣. Don't get me wrong, there's some good people, some that I'd do anything for, and they rationally can talk football. The majority, have no clue about even Georgia football outside of the last 10 years. Had a member of my wife's family swear I was lying because I told him Tennessee had a longer win streak over Georgia, than Georgia currently has over Tennessee. They get mad all the time because they call themselves a dynasty, and I explain how they're not. Or how they're the closest thing to Alabama, and I tell them Clemson was way closer. I've sit at work listening to them say that they'd beat several NFL teams, and they'll likely not lose again while kirby is there. They have no grasp of reality, and that's the majority 🤣
They won’t win NC this year

Eh, they have really benefitted from the East being bad for a while. The West still won 12 of the last 13 SEC titles. The fact Auburn and Florida are bad, made their path far easier. Not saying they are bad, but even good teams slip up when playing more good teams.

Oh yeah thread starter is spot on. Nobody has a chance to ever beat Georgia. Let’s just pack it in and quit playing. The spirit of competition is everything, a winner never quits and a quitter never wins. Other than that I don’t know what you want us to take from your thread. GBO!!!!! The Vols are going to keep coming for em!!!! That’s all we can do!!!! GBO

Michigan is the type of team that can match them on both sides of the ball. Wouldn’t shock me if they won.

If by both sides, you mean neither side, then you're right.

Played them in the semis last year and the game was over at halftime. They were absolutely dominated and skull drug.

Michigan finally scored a TD in garbage time with 4 minutes to go in the game against the 3rd string D.

You are not beating Georgia by running the ball.

You saw what that defense did to Henden Hooker, what do you think it would do to JJ McCarthy....again!

Quite honestly Tennessee and Hook choked in our match up this year.
They had that deer in headlights look.

Perfect example of why these guys are annoying. "Nobody can beat us ever" is basically what they're crowing in every post, and zero comprehension that just because something happens last year, doesn't mean the same a year later. They're not on a Georgia board doing this with each other, they com6here, and get mad when one of us responds to posts like this. What's worse, Tennessee fans getting mad when one of us doesn't pay them on the head and tell them how great they are like "the other guy" did me yesterday

2 things.

1. The East is rising and will continue to do so. When Bama got better so did the rest of the West. The same thing is underway in the East.

2. Saban accomplished his dynasty under different rules (no NIL or transfer portal). Yea Kirby is under those rules now but those effects are just starting and we’re already seeing tons of talent that used to go to Bama or UGA now going to us, Oregon, A&M and even to Jackson State of all places. Kirby might have this year but he won’t have anything like what Saban did at Bama.
