Get off the train

Good Lord read this entire thread, I'm going to need days of sleep to regenerate lost brain cells. On a side note most people believe we don't have what it takes to beat a top 5 team, well sooner or later we will, I'm betting sooner.

What you there...did I see. :wink2:

Calm down there Taylor Swift. I guess you will tell us players gonna play next...right?

:p

I do know for a fact that players only love you when their playin'. It is arguable as to whether thunder only happens when it's rainin' though.

All you people that wanted any quarterback Tennessee had other than Worley, get off the train now. Those that wanted Peterman, you got him at Florida last year, those that wanted Dobbs, you got him for 4 games.

I dont post much on this site, because it lowers my brain cells.

You see Im from Rock Hill, Worleys home town, he didnt just learn to be accurate over the summer, or make good decisions over the summer. I saw him as a 12 year old, playing pee wee football. Of course when he was a freshman in high school throwing to Cordarrelle Patterson helped.

My point is, most of you so called "I live, eat, breath, sleep, Tennessee football fans" DO NOT.

You are wishy washy, have no loyalty at all to the kids that are playing, if they make a mistake, bench em, matters not the the coaches made the decision to play them.

I read these posts daily, and I can tell from the content that 99.9999% of you were high school All Americans, things just didnt go your way

Just admit it people, you were wrong, Worley is a good QB,

Oh and btw....he can throw the deep ball
Buddy.....sorry to break it to you; but the mere fact that you think you can police other fans opinions, tells me you ain't got any to lose. :eek:lol:

I skipped to this page from page 3 and I don't think I want to know what's happened in the 10+ pages since then.

Worley was high mediocre against Utah State, great in the first half against Arkansas State and back to high mediocre in the second half. While passing rating has some goofiness in the way it's calculated, I'll be surprised if he breaks 110 against Oklahoma. I'll be downright thrilled if he breaks 140. He's still not a great college QB, but we may not need him to be in order to get 9 wins. We DO need the offensive line to step up, and we DO need the defense to continue the upward swing. I would have liked to have seen a truly open competition at QB, instead of one guy taking all the first team reps while calling it an open competition, but if Butch wants to use that to try to motivate the Senior, more power to him.

Worley has a chance this Saturday to prove his metal. No one hops he does more than I do, but this is not "upward basket ball." It is division 1 at the University of Tennessee so quit being so sensitive about comments made on here about players. If you are average or screw up you're probably going to hear about it on here! No one here or anywhere else is comparing Worley (senior) to Kenny Hill. We're behind Worley, but he has to be a stable leader on a very young team, and at times he has looked like a sophomore not a freshman, and that's not going to get it against Oklahoma. He did make some good throws against Ark State, but he made some bad ones too, and that will not get it done.

Hey OP, hate to bust your little Rock Hill bubble you live in, but Worley has consistently played like butt until this season. All the VFL's on VN who bash him for dumb throws and erratic mistakes are justified in their opinion. You say you dont post often because it makes you dumb, then why do you read 99% of the posts then bamf? Worley is gonna show how bad he sucks come this weekend and we won't hear from you again.

WORLEY IS A MAN......HE IS 12!!!

I think OP was really just trying to prove what not to do when starting a thread.

Attack an entire website.
Use insults that you claim others make.
Bash people for hating on Worley and then hate on Dobbs(makes sense)
Call people idiots for calling out your education level and then make fun of their education.
Tell people they're stupid for judging him based on where he lives then turn around and make fun of where they live.

This is gold lol.

OP apparently won gold in the Internet Hypocrite Olympics.

Wow! Even if I thought that, as a life long fan, I just couldn't come out and say that about one of our players that is about to take the field for the Big Orange.

Now a coach....that's different.

JW got better as the season went along last year up until he got hurt. So far it looks like he has continued that improvement this year.

If anyone makes it this far...
OP is definitely not Mr. Worley or Mrs. Worley or even Grandpa Worley. They're all way too classy for that.
And, SIAP, Mason Rudolph is a FR QB at Okie State, and was Worley's successor at QB for Worley's HS team. Still not sure what OP's point about that was, though.
