Well now its making news but probably not what the director & studio intended!

Ghostbusters: Movie's Trailer Is Most Disliked in YouTube History

The official trailer received more than 600,000 dislikes within its first 30 million views, making it the most disliked non-music video on the website. The movie is set to be released July 22.

I really wish this would hurry up and release and got to Blu-ray in 4 weeks time so we can move on. I'm so sick of sites like the Nerdist endlessly defending it.

'Ghostbusters' cast responds to online haters

I love how these articles act like it's all sexism. And I also love articles try to paint the scorn as "the vocal minority" online. Uh no....it's not the minority idiots. The majority of people I've seen online have criticized the movie. The only people I've seen pushing the movie are sites like the Nerdist who turned it into a sexism issue.

When it was announced, I didn't even care at all it was 4 women, I just thought it would be yet another unnecessary, sub-par remake. Now that it's been proclaimed that basically if you don't go see the movie or like it, you're sexist, now I really hope it bombs badly.

The sheer stupidity of this is mind-numbing. You know why people don't want to see it.....because the trailers were NOT FUNNY. They were badly acted, badly scripted jokes.

I guarantee this will be one of the Blu-rays that Best Buy & Walmart have for $3.99-$9.99 on Thanksgiving/Black Friday!

This movie is going to make money regardless of what you or me think about the stupidity of the decision making. GB is a global franchise and will make 100s of millions just because foreign audiences will not give a crap about, or even really understand why it is so cheesy. This is not Fantastic 4. I hope it surprises us. I love Kristen Ws deadpan humor and MMs female Chris Farley shtick. I think they are funny. But Leslie Jones gets on my last nerve. She may end up being the biggest reason I will hate this movie.

Ghostbusters is going to have to get as much as it can in its first week as Star Trek Beyond and Ice Age: Collision Course will likely push it to 3rd in its 2nd week.

However two weeks before its released Steven Spielberg's Disney film The BFG hits along with The Legend of Tarzan from Warner Bros. and the 3rd Purge film. If Ghostbusters bombs as much as some are projecting then the BFG will likely still be doing well and could jump back ahead of it in week 2.

Of course no one blamed sexism....

The second trailer received a better reaction than the first, as it did a little better job of getting people's attention. Idk if they've released another one since then though.

Yep, and of course The Nerdist praised the new theme song, even though most people think it's awful.

I never see trailers, but I see commercials all the time. if you are using Progressive Auto Insurance and Kobe Bryant to sell your movie, rather than the actual movie clips, it's going to be terrible.
