I read through this whole thread in 2 days now I'm ready for more ghost stories. One day when the opportunity presents itself, I will share some weird stuff my husband has told about some houses that he has lived in.

As I said in an above post, I had to confirm the facts of this story before I posted. This happened at a house off of Northshore Dr. here in Knox County where my husband used to live. Keep in mind that he is the most sane person on the face of the earth so no way did he make this up. He's a no nonsense type of guy.

Many many years ago sat a house off of Northshore Dr. where a married couple lived in an unhappy and abusive marriage. The length of time that they lived there is unknown. The husband would beat her over and over numerous times and one night she couldn't take it any more. She ended up murdering him in self-defense obviously. So the house was sold and she went about her life. A short while later another couple purchased the house not aware of the incident that happened with the previous owners. They were actually happy when they moved in and all of sudden they fell into this fussing and fighting everyday sort of deal not understanding why this was happening. Keep in mind this didn't happened until they moved into that house. And they ended up getting divorced. So the house was sold a short while later to my husband's parents. They were the constant fussing type of couple but still stayed together in spite of the marital issues because they're were happy times just not many. My husband's brother and his wife(then girlfriend) used to spend a lot of time there obviously and every time they would spend time there, all they do was fuss and fight.Eventually the whole family moved out and my husbands parent got a divorce. So the house was sold yet again and the status of the owner's after them is unknown.

Side note: My husband's brother and his wife are still together but they still fuss and fight constantly. However the good news is that my hubby and I don't fuss and fight so apparently we broke the chain of negative energy with couples that lived in or visited that house.

I have a question for the ones in the thread that actually go out and investigate odd occurrences. Is it possible to smell a ghost/spirit? I mean, is it possible to physically smell a fragrance that was associated with a deceased person when they were living? This is a serious question, so don't anyone mess with me on it.:eek:k:
