I love the balance of powers, it's Trump trying to change that.
I know perfectly well what a right leaning court entails, and it's certainly not death to all.
Again Trump is the one who ignores the checks and balances, and is trying to shift the power.

Her number one job is to interpret the law and apply it to the constitution, actually that is her only job.

Within the constraints of her job description. But as I've stated for the third time now, the moral fiber of her bones, trumps job description. I would hope that is true for everyone. (but I understand that it is not)

It is her immense hubris that keeps her on the job. If she had morals she would have stepped aside years ago. Not to mention that if your morals contradict your job description and you ignore your job description in favor of your morals you need to find another job otherwise you are in essence stealing from your employer.

She’s a pretty damn amazing and accomplished woman who I have tremendous respect for however she is also incredibly willful, headstrong, and determined which are also admirable qualities and they are completely unproductive to a fully functioning SCOTUS in this situation.
