Actually pretty funny. Big shot politico booked a landscaping companies parking lot for a rally because they thought it was something else. That's funny.

Politicians are idiots, your politicians, their politicians, dead politicians, unborn politicians, they are all idiots.

They are lawyers that play teams to screw over the people. Any and all derision they get, they deserve, and is usually funny if you ignore the team colors.

Nah, don't just blame the parties. The people have some culpability, also. All of this nonsense about "lesser of two evils" and "I like him/her, but they would never have a chance" is what has gotten us where we are now. There have been plenty of non-mainstream candidates that have made sense but couldn't get any traction because the voters played into the the narrative of just picking the mainstream front runner, as long as they don't have an (R) or (D) by their names.

People are band wagoners. They only want to back winners. Most of this forum should be over at cousinsonly.com with how they choose politicians.

You will never see another candidate in the mold of Eisenhower, Reagan, or Nixon. Modern day politics have guaranteed us nothing more than empty suits who can throw together cliches and raise a lot of money. It is what it is at this point. The lesser of two evils
