For those of you predicting 7-5 or better, give me you wins and if you could do me a solid, also give me your reasons why we win those 7 or more.

AP by 40+ (we have more talent overall by far

WKU-same as AP

UF by 3 (i think their offense has a slow start to the year without gillislee and I dont think.driskel is that good. Also think a solid performance from our d and a decent O is what gives us the win

Split UGA/ USCe-(both close games but think we win one of these 2 home games, mainly just a hunch

Mizzou by 21-(Dooleys gone)

Vandy by 28-(retalliation for vandy fans, coaches, etc. talking too much; Dooleys gone)

UK by 17-(Dooleys gone)

Edit: forgot south bama so even if we only win 1 out of UF, UGA, USCe, thats still 7

7-5

AP- for obvious reasons

WKU- may be tougher than we'd like but we have to much talent to lose

South Bama- for obvious reasons

UGA/Scar- I don't think we'll win both but I see us splitting them. I'm leaning toward UGA since they lost several defensive players.

Auburn- their offense struggled last season and a coaching change will be too much for them in Neyland.

Vandy- payback for last years embarrassment. Plus they're breaking in a new QB. Also lost several defensive players iirc.

Kentucky- too much talent for them imo.

I like this just substitute Mizz. for UGA/USCjr

I say we win 8. Think it's gonna be similar to kiffin's first year in terms of hanging with most on our schedule. Get ready to surprise some folks this year!

I know I will get slammed for this one but I'm picking 8-4
AP, WKU, and S ALabama are obvious. I think we have more talent than Vandy, Kentucky, and Auburn. Mizzu is a swing game for me could go either way but I give it to the Vols. Finally we win a close game at home beating USC. I agree that Florida and UGA could also be an upset and since we all know BUTCH GETS IT maybe 9-3 is not out of the question. Whoa gotta run just noticed I am out of the ole orange aid.

It's just amazing to me that people think we will beat either UGA or USCjr. Those are top 10-15 teams. My six are AP, WKU, S. Alabama, Mizzou or Aub (can't decide which one we win, but not both), Vandy, KY

We had a legitamate shot at winning the UGA and Scar games last year. Why is it such a stretch to think we could win one with improved coaching and (hopefully) defense?

My wins are W.Kentucky, Austin Peay, Missouri, South Alabama, Vandy, Kentucky, Auburn, with a 50% chance at Oregon/Florida. Ill sum it up with with two things, OL and DL will define this season.

Ill say 7-5. Ap, wku, s bama, mizz, aub, vandy, ky. I can even see an upset against one of the others if our team plays hard this year.

I don't see us stopping Gurley and that other stud back from GA. But I don't think uscE will be as good this year. They have Clowney, and Shaw is pretty good from what I've seen the last 2 years and we've really struggled with mobile QB's as of late. And they have that smaller scat back iirc. I would be interested on your opinion on the SC game and why you see that as a stretch. Not saying we win, I just don't get all the hype.

UGA has a lot of variables to this next season. They lost so many starters on Defense. Yeah they have loads of bench talent but they will have growing pains on D. And if they lose their first two, they could become disheartened and fall apart like they did three years ago with a very talented team.

As for USCe, we could have beaten them last year. Outside of Clowney their D isn't incredible and Tiny does ok on Clowney...who is already hurt and must deal with the hype. As far as their offense goes, if we can contain those running qbs, we will do fine. I am starting a petition to bring Garcia back for another four years though.

Vandy and Auburn will be challenges but home games. We are significantly better than Mizzou and KY but they are road games. WKY will hang for two 1/2 quarters. AP/S. Ala, serious beeoch slappin. Bama, Fla, OR on the road... we will have bring our A+++ game to upset but it can be done. Just ask Appalacian State and Mich.
