The fact the earth is warming at a faster rate than at any other time in its roughly 4.54 billion year history isn't a red flag to anyone.

I guess you can call it a coincidence that this is happening when humans start to take over. But man, that is one heck of a coincident.

Just wondering how much scientific evidence is it going to take for people to realize humans aint helping mother earth.

Fifteen hundred years ago everybody knew the Earth was the center of the universe. Five hundred years ago, everybody knew the Earth was flat

a single data point is a single data point. this was the coldest winter in alabama history -- you don't see me throwing that out as evidence there is no GW. The article itself says you can't draw conclusions from one month. Sheeesh.

Yeah, just ignore all the other data points too

Ho hum, la nina has ended and el nino begins.

I don't know who's been blowing smoke up your posteria but you are dead wrong about everything you say.

Although we think it incredible that people once believed the Earth was the center of the universe or that it was flat, people of the future will look back with equal incredibility that some people once believed in AGW.

Doubt it... But we'll all be long dead before serious effects are felt... Screw future generations. I need to make money, NOW, everybody else (incuding myself) be damned

and i guess la nina and el nino just started when humans came around.. That must explain why we're warming up faster than at any other time in history.

Guess you haven't been paying attention to the news either. The sun is more active than it has been in a while. In my best Bush voice, "It's the Sun stupid!!".

So you're using science to back up your "claim." yet, when science is used against your claim, it's hogwash... can't have it both ways my friend!

I'm using FACT to back up my claim, not some theory on a chalkboard or some man's claim to billions of dollars if certain legislation goes through. The sun has to start working harder again to warm the Earth, because Gore's hot air is fading.

"Days of Sunshine Set Record for March 2010"......damn you Human Race

Two super huge sunspots appear on the sun quite recently, surely this will prevent Earth from plumeting into another ice age since 2009 saw a record setting year of sunspotless days.

Man don't that just make you feel horribly guilty about exhaling CO2?

I know it does me.

the sun being more active is a recent devolopment... Yet, global warming has been proven by science for the last 10 years.

It's not a theory that the earth is warming at a rate faster than in history... That's a fact.... People against this sure come up with a lot of "theories" as to why this is happening. But, no, no, it can't be humans fault. That means, I'd have to change soemthing in my life. Can't have that either.

Status quo baby!!!!!:D

The only thing that has been proven is that the data used to "prove" global warming was grossly overstated and in most ways just flat out fraud.

Or have you put your hands over your ears, closed your eyes, and yelled "NA NA NA NA NA NA" when the whole Climategate scandal was exposed in the past 6 months?

And if you truly believe all this, what have you done to solve the problem? Get rid of your A/C? Stop driving a car? Stop eating meat? Stop using electricity? Recycle everything you use?

He must have just learned to read about ten years ago.

Funny that he seems oblivious to the fact that the Earth has actually been cooling for the last ten years.
