He must have just learned to read about ten years ago.
Funny that he seems oblivious to the fact that the Earth has actually been cooling for the last ten years.
I'm no scientist and I certainly can't engage you in a scientific debate, but how do you respond to ocean levels rising if there is no global warming?
Water levels are receding in many more places, than they are rising, but they don't tell you that. The Earth is not a bath tub, and water doesn't rise like that of a bathtub.
I guess, man. There is overwhelming evidence that the earth's sea level is rising. I've never heard a place ever mentioned where the sea level is receding.

There is NO proof of it rising, just published theories of how much it will rise in the future. In fact, it hasn't risen in 50 years, and scientists have documented seas receding over the years.
Not true. It has risen an inch over the last century. I am not claiming Florida will be submerged or any of that, but it is definitely rising, as inconvenient (see what I did there?) as that is. Not that I am a gore fan...

Here is something you should read. Might shed some light on the current data set.
Sea Levels Are not rising except in the lies of the IPCC
What crap. I may not be a sealevel expert, but when he starts saying things about co2 that I know aren't true, it casts doubt on it all. Why does one guy's opinion, no matter if he's an expert or not, count more than the vast majority of the field? And don't kid yourself, it is the vast majority.
The skeptic scientists are always the old fogies who haven't learned something new in 40 years...

It's hard to fake giant glaciers breaking off and melting though. And I think you would admit that the article from this obscure scientist that you quoted represents the minority view? The IPCC certainly has lost credibility and probably has skewed numbers to make the problem look worse than it is, but that doesn't mean that global warming doesn't exist. That just means that they overstated its significance.
The surface of the Earth is always changing, and always will, mankind or not. Trying to say that the last 10 years of our existence will make or break the species is hogwash, as some put it.
I just think you are overlooking the point. The vast, vast majority of the scientific community disagrees with your side. They all don't work for the IPCC. Anyway, I'm outta here for the night. Good debate.
I checked a few of the petition signers in Maryland and I found a cancer researcher, a professional engineer specializing in historic renovation, a biologist studying blood-sucking mosquitoes, a hydraulic engineer, a heart researcher, and a family doctor.
That petition is garbage. Many of the "scientists" have nothing to do with this part of the field.
local warming: 31,000 Scientists don't believe in global warming?
Yeah, just ignore all the other data points too
