Hat - where do you rank the Indiana job? With the conference and state being basketball land I would think it is a great job. Admin and the shadow of Bobby Knight might make it less attractive though.

The facilities are also outdated. Their athletic department has been bleeding money, due to their pathetic football program. I would say the IU job is in the tier of jobs just below Kentucky, North Carolina, etc. It's attractive, but there are inherent pitfalls.
