Played awesome in the first 35 minutes... SUCKED the last 5.... if he can put a complete game together we'll be okay.

Golden played an outstanding game tonight. He is an all SEC guard. He outplayed Bost all night.

He is one of the best point guards in the league. He will get other chances in the clutch and he will make his share.

Uh, no.

Well said. He leads league in assists, good scorer. He can play, he is young, and he is on second staff in 2 years and first year was chaotic.

I don't know.

I do know that right now, I want the ball in Trae Golden's hand, especially with Maymon fouled out.

If he can prove he can be clutch and not turn it over at the end, then hell yeah I want it in his hands. Mainly because he is our best player, but not at the end.

God-forbid any of you fools have been in an arena with 16,000 eyes on you and you get nervous..the dude is 19, besides he isn't even a natural PG. It was a great play by Bost, congrats to our team even being in it at the end.

the play should not have gone through golden... everyone in gym knew that tennessee would try to go to him....

bad play call period

Lke you said earlier, they should have gotten the ball to Maymon. Good call.

Is solid, but isn't All-SEC and isn't one of the top PGs.

If you can't play with eyes looking at you, then you don't need to be playing, pretty simple.

I got $25 bucks that says that Golden makes at least one All SEC team.

He can play. His line was better than Bost's.

The only problem Golden has is that he is a little slow footed which hurts him on defense. But he is a baller.

So, it's Golden's fault that he slipped on the court? Come on, man.

Golden didn't slip on the court. Bost made a move and Golden spazzed out like he had done the previous 3-4 possessions. If you watch it you will see he simply panicked and bounced it between his legs. He didn't roll his ankle, slip or anything else. Golden had a good shooting game but his ball handling continues to hurt this team. He is awful agaist pressure and always has been.

Yes he slipped. I don't think Bost even made a move at Golden.

He's 19?! Looks 40!

Jk ... Great game by Golden overall. A few costly turnovers, but without him we wouldn't have been in position to win.

If you saw the last possession of the half you will see exactly why Golden shouldn't be handling the ball when the game is on the line.

sorry didn't mean to reply to myself. I also spazz out under pressure sometimes.
