Golesh may be in conversation at Cincinnati

I think it would be a great move to hire Hooker as a grad assistant to help tutor our quarterbacks since he won't make a roster in NFL next year, as there won't be enough time for him to sufficiently heal and be ready to make a roster. I think he would be a perfect fit as a future coaching position.
What lol??
Hooker will get drafted in April.

Dude had worked his way into 1st round conversation.

Teams will draft a guy that is still recovering. Especially at QB.
Most recent was Tua Tagavailoa

Or Bobby Bowden's OC in the 1980s-1990s Brad Scott.

This "Coaching Season" makes me nervous.
When a coach can win at The Peay, other schools will be looking.

These posts (and there will be more) always make me ask: why would anyone want to be a head coach?
Sure, there is the money.
‘There is also dealing with the media
Dealing with donors
Dealing with the police :-(
‘Dealing with player’s parents
The HC becomes a CEO, which can become very far from coaching football.
Coordinators can make very good money
But, I wouldn’t stand in anyone’s way if they had the itch.
Why would anyone want to own their own business when you can just work for someone else? Same principle

If that happens and Dobbs wants to leave the NFL, I wonder if he'd want to come home as a QB coach?

I'm betting he'd be great in the locker room and perhaps a good recruiter.
I gather when Dobbs playing career is done he may want to finally explore his dream of flight and space

I understand that some people go in that direction. Nothing wrong with that but it is not a direction I would take. (Head Coach or owning my own business).

Honestly think this is a good opportunity if it’s offered to Golesh. Kind of just depends on what he wants to do at this point in his life. Might have a better offer down the road as well if we can continue on the road we’re on.

If Dobbs wants to leave the NFL, is there a chance he wants to go be an engineer? Even a college coordinator can make more bucks than a very good engineer. I’m not sure Dobbs is motivated by money. But, maybe he is.
