I have a life so I'm not on this forum 24x7 like some that appear to live in their parents basement.

Simple expectation. NCAA tournament and no embarrasing losses should be the minimum.

Nope actually just bought a house and moved in a month ago.

The embarrassing losses is BS. Every team has them, most of the time every year. Duke to Lehigh???

It's part of the process and just something that happens. If the end result is a success then why should a mid season meaningless loss effect the final result?

I'll gladly take a loss to Oakland this year if it means we make the sweet 16, but in your mind CCM would have failed and should be on the first flight out of Knoxville?

You clearly don't understand an embarrassing loss to a Vol fan. Attempting to compare a comment about Dooley losing to Kentucky as the same as a basketball loss to Oakland is sad and misinformed.

You clearly don't understand an embarrassing loss to a Vol fan. Attempting to compare a comment about Dooley losing to Kentucky as the same as a basketball loss to Oakland is sad and misinformed.

Actually he's comparing embarrassing losses. If you don't think the Duke loss was embarrassing to them and their fans, then you're misinformed.

Yes got tied up with closing on the house and painting and what not, golf game has suffered. If you'd like I'll gladly post pictures for you. Just completed my game room actually, orange and white checkerboard walls.

And you clearly don't understand my statement, who said anything about dooley? So if we make the sweet 16 but have an embarrassing loss, CCM should be given his walking papers? That's all I'm trying to clarify with you here.

A 2 seed losing to a 15 is embarrassing. But I'm talking about getting woodshedded by Memphis and Vandy on the road and home loses to Austin Peay and MTSU.

When Martin loses in the NCAA tournament to a double digit seed after winning 4 rings in 11 final fours I'll measure losses with a little more balance.

Which is fine but still doesn't answer my question...if Tennessee makes the tourney wins a game or two, but has an embarrassing loss, CCM should be fired in your opinion?

I'm honestly just trying to understand where you stand?

My guess would be Houston, your point?

We hired Peterson after he was at Tulsa for 1 year and went to the NIT.

So what exactly is you're point? That if you haven't made a tourney you should be fired after your first bad loss, if it's prior to you making a tourney?

Why don't you just admit this thread was nothing more than a knee-jerk reaction, which was a result of you not being the most informed basketball fan?
