Seems we were picked to finish next to last in the conference and instead we finished next to first.

And this thread is titled "Goodbye Cuonzo"? What dumbazz came up with that one?

I was getting nervous I keep scrolling and actually thought this fell off the front page! So here's a bump for a fail of epic proportions. We all appreciate this post for one reason or another.

Bump

I think IE just called TSR and said that CCM can't recruit. Guy obviously didn't know what he was talking about, but Tony Basilio set him straight.

Will be right up there with the 06 class for sure

Absolutely. Obviously in hindsight the '06 class was an overall disappointment, but at the time we were riding high on those guys. It was a new era in UT basketball. I feel the same way when I think of Davis, Landry, Hubbs, (possibly) Nichols and whoever else CCM wants to round out this class. I think Davis will surprise a lot of people and Landry will be the steady hand in running the point. No flash, but hopefully all defense and substance. I've said it before, but this 2013 was always going to be the foundation of the Martin Era (good or bad). Looking good so far.

Pretty much exactly what I'm hoping for.

Make a deep run in the tourney and the 2014 class could cause a mega quake in Knoxville of monstrous proportion.

Unfortunately, much of the 2006 class was riding high, also....

We dont kick anyone over there unless they start talking about Gruden or black uniforms.

............be gone!

You are hereby BANISHED to that evil Football Thread to spend eternity, subject to the Flames of the "fans".

:naughty:

I'll meet you there.

Lmao...good to this old friend again. This thread is like an old holiday movie...it just continues to give me a warm fuzzy

Why are you guys bumping a thread for a guy that went 19-15, got smoked at home in the NIT, and won the home opener this year by 9 against a team that won three games last season?

With the exception of a few posters, it's a great forum for discussing the Vols.
It is a better forum now than years past.
I don't think people appreciate the verbal wait and see (or prove it to me) approach.
Going that way myself with the loss of Maymon, probably for the season.
Front court isn't going to be nearly as dominant without him.
We were out rebounded in our first game.
Think people should probably start adjusting their win loss predictions.
Going to be a lot harder to make the dance, unless Cuonzo can find some chemistry that doesn't include Maymon.
