Because he was requested to do so and refusing to do so would be a major douchebag move and sign of disrespect. Wonder why he's refusing to wear a mask know? Gorsuch is doing the right thing and more should do it. Too many are using this BS for theatrics. People need to stop submitting to these ridiculous requests. Honestly her poor health is putting him at risk. If she were to have Covid her weak immune system would increase the likelihood of transmitting the disease to others

Plenty of immunocompromised people have been vaxxed. You also have to be specific when people make that statement that they’re “immunocompromised”. Some people will use that to sound like a victim and when you push them, their reason will be “obesity”
