To me, the frame of reference here is simply that the other 7 all respected their colleague enough to wear a mask. Gorsuch is the only one who didn’t.

It’s douchey but probably not especially dangerous. I give it a -2 on the scale of public figure bad behavior, which runs from -10 (literally Hitler) to 10 (Dolly Parton).

The only thing they missed was a waste of federal funding. It was a massive fluff piece for the left wing justices. I’m pretty sure when the author was typing with one hand, while giving Sotomayor a handjob with the other. It would explain the typos

Speaking of masks in public. I went to a UPS store today to drop off an Amazon return and the line was backed up outside the door. Standing in the door blocking people from coming in was a lady that looked to be about 65-70, and she was standing 20 feet away from the 3 check packages stands, and I thought to myself, I bet she's wearing a mask. Yep, and once she got out of the way the orderly entrance of everyone else could commence that weren't wearing masks.

This story is about respect, as far as I know. I have no idea what the risk delta is to her as a diabetic or if there is any science or data on that.

I thought that was clear from the last paragraph in my post.

Roberts asked and G refused. What’s douchey about that? It was douchey of Roberts to ask the other members of the court to accommodate 1 member when she could have worked from home if she felt uncomfortable.

I would. I am not Jewish and it’s a ridiculous comparison. One is worn out of social respect and the other, in my understanding of the Left, is out of dire health consequences the likes of which we have never seen since the Bubonic plague or smallpox

Then how is the act of needlessly covering ones face a show of respect? If he asks her to wear a propeller hat next session and she refuses is she being a dbag?

The article you claim to have read is regarding omicron. You know, the article you were a douche to multiple people over because you thought there was something in the article they were unaware of? Still not sure what reading that article accomplished other than wasting a lot of time and realizing NPR should be abolished
