I don't think so, I don't think its about gender with Penguin. I think its about him being in love with someone who he thinks is giving him the unconditional love and acceptance that he craves. It does matter if that person is man or woman to him.

I agree, his obsession with his mother was a little creepy. I like this mad hatter character but I could care less about the romance of 2 13 year olds. The crazy blonde lady and her black female friend are great characters

Also the Mad Hatter is a great character. I enjoyed that guy's character in Thr Walking Dead as well, solid actor IMO.

It took me until I heard him talk on the show to make it, I could see how some missed it though. He wasn't on TWD very long. He nails "The Mad Hatter" role though.
