Ted Nugent.

Amazing either as a solo artist or with Damn Yankees.

Mark Knopfler

30 years later, "Sultans of Swing" is still relevant.

don't care for his singing but Vince Gill is an underated guitarist ......find it strange that I haven't heard Eddie Van Halen mentioned.

Dickie Betts

Now touring I think...

Buddy Guy. Saw him rip the roof off the town of Oxford, MS, at the Double Decker Festival this year.
These plus Jeff Beck.Steve Winwood,Todd Rundgren,Steve Howe,Randy Rhodes,got more!not enough time

I'm still in the 70's and lovin every minute of it,Hey den pass that golf ball over here!:rock::rock:

Just watching some old videos and reviving this thread. KCVolLaw mentioned him earlier... And I was thinking about it reading about that 8 year old blues kid.

I just have to say this: Calling him the "best" is very subjective, but Herman Li is officially the most talented guitarist to have ever walked the Earth to this day, and it's not even close.

Jack White
Matthew Followill
Jimi Hendrix
Steve Gaines
Duane Allman
Ricky Medlocke

just a few of my favorites
