Hail to the Washington Commanders

If they can resign him, I'd bet on Grossman starting....if they can't I guess it's Beck

Kyle actually had Sexy Rexy playing some pretty good football in his 3.5 games last year.

Some of the best football of his career, actually. Kyle was actually quoted as saying that Rex understood the system and I think I remember him (Grossman) saying it was the first one he was truly comfortable in. I think maybe I heard this on Elliot in the morning during a drop-by by Cooley.

The Skins just traded Jaremy Jarmon (DE From Kentucky that we picked up in the supplemental draft for a 3rd round pick) for Jabar Gaffney. The more I think about it, the more I like it

Gaffney and Stallworth were picked up in addition to retaining Moss? That gives us a total of 4 (counting AA) viable WRs.

Interesting.

Gaffney's considered that viable?

Compared to the WR fodder we've had over the last couple of years? Yeah, sadly, a guy that went for over 800 yards last year is viable. The sad thing is with Moss, Gaffney and Stallworth we don't have a viable WR that is under 30 years old. Armstrong is 28 I believe. To have a WR that could go for 4-500 yards is viable for where we're at, I think.

We need a young WR to step up... hopefully Hankerson or Paul will be that guy. I liked the Hankerson pickup a lot.

Redskins have a deal in place with the Vikings for a 2012 6th round pick, and a conditional 2013 6th rounder for McNabb
