Hail to the Washington Commanders

Oh yea Collins are Brunell are gone, which I thnk is good for Campbell. All we need is lke a Trent Dilfer backup type, and draft a QB late.

Who Knows Maybe Ainge??

Only WR we are keeping are Moss and Randle-el. Hell they could draft me and I would do well handing off to Portis and throwing to Ocho Cinco, Santana, Randle-el and Cooley.

Really all the skins need to do is get a healthy OL and some more bodies on D and maybe they could get lucky like the Giants.

I'd like to pretend this is a good thing for Campbell, but it's overwhelmed by the feeling that it's going to be Patrick Ramsey all over again. Constantly throwing him around, new offensive schemes every year or two and then totally giving up on him before anyone can determine if he's going to pan out or not.

they really made him go home and change into a suit for the interview?

I'm actually glad I wasn't in Hampton Roads to hear all the innerworkings of this hire

it was never really clear whose choice that was but I know he did it. The man basically interviewed for 4 days and wound up with 2 job offers and a bunch of cash.

Anyone who wants to see how bad a coaching search can turn out should read about this one.

:ermm:

I should know not to doubt Redskins officials, but I do.

However, they didn't lie and they have resigned Todd Collins. There are still a number of Redskins that are still unsigned though. According to Zorn (wow, that's weird), Collins knows he is the backup and Campbell is the starter. I like that. Prove me wrong Coach Zorn, win us a freaking Super Bowl.

They just gave Calvin Johnson $30 Million and now Williams isn't feeling the love in Detriot.

Former Texas Longhorn Roy Williams seeks big contract. Are the Cowboys interested?

Apparently the Cowboys are looking at him, and if the boys are looking, you can bet Danny boy is checking his bank account. Unfortunetly Snyder isnt in the oil business so Jerry's wallet may be fatter now. Also the eagles are in hot persuit of a big WR.

amazing that two months ago I was ok with ocho cinco coming. Seeing his actions since has completely changed my mind.

I dont blame Ocho, he wants to win, period, and Skins fans should welcome him with open arms.

Look at the cowboys, they have a history of taking disgruntled players and turning them into franchise players, and now they took the ultimate gamble of all time with pacman and I am sure it will pay off huge.

I would be excited to see Ocho in a Skins uni, and I am sure he would be a much better player/teammate if he was playing for a team where the orginization and fans care about winning. The Skins want to win and they know Ocho wants to win so I wouldnt see any animosity in the locker room.

Danny has learned, this isnt like trading for Deon or Bruce Smith or Llyod, even though I would much rather have Roy Williams due to his age.

i'm convinced that the Redskins just don't like drafting people. I don't like trading our pick away at all.

anyone that's followed the redskins the past decade will hopefully understand, but with our history of giving picks away when I heard the 'skins traded their pick to the falcons I didn't expect it to be for two second round picks. This could be worthwhile. at 6'2, Devin Thomas could do wonders for our receiving corps.

Yeah, I actually think that was a good move this time. Jason Campbell is going to have a lot of weapons to throw to, but they're going to need some O-linemen to give him time.

Redskins quarterback Jason Campbell got what Tennessee's Vince Young didn't.

Devin Thomas and Malcolm Kelly and USC tight end Fred Davis.

Good draft for the Skins.
