You don’t think that people in other parts of the country look at laws passed in California/ NY / and Illinois and think WTF? The entire country just watched two guys charged with trafficking 150,000 fentanyl pills….. not show up for court today in Cali because they were released on OR. Let’s not act like red states are the only places where the leaders have lost their minds.

The fact that it didn't make it out of committee doesn't absolve any of you. That is the GOP.

I'm sure the good graces of proto-fascist DeSantis won't have an effect on university funding at all. I'm sure he won't threaten funding to any school that dares speak out against him.

The "Don't Say Gay" bill has very little to do with what you say and is just a further step of DeSantis putting his boot on the throats of people he and his supporters hate.

There is no compromise anymore. For this country to work the extremists on both sides need to be taken out of the driver’s seats. People, in general, are being drawn to the extremists views by fear that if they don’t fall in line the other sides extremists will win out.

You obviously have not even read the bill. It's all about restricting teachers from indoctrination younger students without the parents consent.

The bill, which some opponents have called "Don't Say Gay," It reads, "Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards."

There is only one side that has not changed the core of their views over the past 20 or 30 years. I’m coming to see you , bringing some coffee, high rate of fire pew pews , and some tannerite . We gonna blow some brush piles up and work off some of this aggression. It won’t help for long , but it will be fun .

Damn near the entire Democratic Party is extremist now. And in all seriousness what is an extremist anyway? There are some things like more gun regulations and bans that I would never compromise on, does that make me an extremist or the ones pushing the 2A end-a-round?
