Weird useless factoid: I’m ringing handbells at church, and we’re doing a piece with this great rhythm of 1-2-3, 1-2-3, 1,2; repeated.

I keep flashing on Allman Bros and their drop-dead jazz rhythms (11/8 Whipping Post 1-2-3, 1-2-3, 1-2-3, 1-2; Queen of Hearts, and a zillion rest) along with pretty much Gregg got his hands on, plus Dave Brubeck Take Five (1-2-3, 1-2; 1-2-3, 1-2.)

Allman Bros are incredible in so many ways, but their breakthrough that makes them forever unique is infusing jazz with their underlying black blues and white Southern rock.

Count them out, and you’ll realize why you love them:

Yeah, I Googled to see if it was still in business (never many cars there), and it looks like it is. It's called "Greif Brothers" and it's listed as a "Barrel and Drum Manufacturer." I don't know how much their production is, and I haven't known anyone who worked there in a very long time.

I didn't try real hard or for more than a minute, but I did try to figure out how to send you my Playlist.

I've got 5 and none by themselves are worth sharing and to be honest, I'm confused on why you want it anyway. Pretty sure you don't like 98.39% of what's on any of them and you wouldn't like 100% of 1.

Now, I don't mind, in fact I normally enjoy you making fun of me, but this just seemed like way too much work and unsafe for me to be made fun of.
