Crazy how much talent there is down there.

you've got to remember too, that ucf is a popular destination for players who transfer from miami, fsu, florida. not so much florida lately, as charlie strong got several of those guys to transfer to louisville.

but, ucf's star running back is a former miami hurricane.

as an example

Good post 99. I hate to say it, but it wouldn't bother me the least bit to see UF go through the tumultuous years we have gone through. It will bring you back to reality, quick.

I never thought seeing Miami, FSU, Meeechigan, Nebraska, ND and the likes struggle like they did. I thought we were impervious to it. I was wrong.

There will be more losses ahead opposed to wins under the new regime. I like what I see so far, lets hope he is here for the long haul.

99 thanks for the post and kind words. I'm also thinking the special teams are the biggest improved area of the team this year. They are amazing. As far as the gators, I believe you all will see wholesale changes on the offensive staff at the end of the season.

So are u worried about miami and fsu getting florida recruits. almost always only two florida schools are on the top not three. also Iv got bad news looks like muschamp is having the dooley effect. the team gets worse the more he is there.

As others have said....classy post 99gator. Man have Vol fans waited a long time to see signs of a turn around. Butch and Tennessee are a perfect fit....Butch really loves UT...and fans really love what he is doing. Next to Alabama....Ga is the team I hate the most. I really hope the Gators take the puppies down. Thanks again for your words and Go Vols!

Sorry to say, but ugly isn't going to describe it. FSU is trying to prove they belong in the NC game discussion, so they're going to attempt to destroy every team they can, and likely especially UF.

Yep. After all the SEC pumping that's gone on at ESPN and the like, they'll be looking to gut the Gators pretty hard. It's gonna happen, too. That Winston kid is the truth.

What we have experienced will make it all that much sweeter in a few years, when the program finally becomes elite again.

Conditioning. Conditioning. Conditioning. Butch showed these young men how good they can be - now they are earning it. No orange dogs, no silly parables, just go out and earn it. Inch by Inch, minute by minute, he has turned this team into a 4 quarter swagmonster that will lay a lick. We may beat 'bama next - maybe not. But one things for certain, it will be a slugfest for all 4 quarters.

i'm there.

i can handle struggling. i can handle losing. i can handle what tennessee is going through right now....which is building toward something with signs of improvement that indicate you are going to get where you are trying to go.

i can't handle shameful. i can't handle embarrassing.

last week was the first time i ever watched a game and became concerned about the physical well being of a player.

any time florida called a pass play, i was worried that tyler murphy wasn't going to be able to get up. i wondered what his mother was thinking watching that game. i knew florida would have issues because i saw missouri put heat on aaron murray. but, there are no words for what i saw.

i was waiting for florida to pull a texas and fire the coordinator during the season. didn't happen.

but, if you want to have a laugh at the expense of the gators watch the home attendance the rest of the season and then watch what unspeakable things florida state does to that squad.

just brutal.

How long will y'all hold on to Muschamp? I say he has one more year...but it's gonna be miserable next year for y'all. We obviously know the feelin all too well.

says the tennessee fan with the username "Bear Bryant".

You have shown a'lot of class on this board "most of the time" Your comments are a show of good sportsmanship. Every fanbase has their gomers so just ignore them.

99gator, thanks man. Classy comments. I think you have reached a new level of acceptance on the board with those insights.

Where did Lawgator go? I used to battle with that's dude. He brought it strong too.

It looks like the team is quitting on Muschamp to me. I recognize it because I lived it for the last three years. Once it happens, I think the damage is irreparable. As long as Foley is at Florida...your program will be fine...unfortunately.

classy post gator

Sadly, the classless posts in this thread seem to be entirely from the UT fans.

Nice post, gator. It will be interesting to see how things unfold for UF. I somehow feel your program is at a turning point. You could rebound with good decisions or take the dark path that UT did with bad ones.

wow! thanks! impressive sportsmanship!

Yeah, the freaking lizard got another LIKE from me. I want to dislike 99Gator but he keeps posting stuff that either makes more sense than too many so-called Vols fans. Or he makes statements like this that shows lightyears' more class than those same so-called Vols fans. Makes it difficult to hate the lizard.
